TaxFlow

A clearer tax process from intake to filing.

TaxFlow is MTA’s accounting CRM and client portal for tax and related accounting workflows. Clients can keep copies of tax records, upload documents, estimate income taxes, submit IRS notices, use estimated-tax tools, and follow their case or filing status. On the MTA side, TaxFlow organizes the paperwork and case information so the team can reach solutions faster.

Millennial Tax & Accounting

One place for tax records, tools, and case progress.

TaxFlow is the client-facing accounting portal and the internal workflow system that keeps documents, notices, estimates, and tax work organized.

Your tax records

Clients can keep copies of prior tax documents and records in one organized portal instead of hunting through email.

Upload documents & notices

Upload tax documents and submit IRS or state notices through an organized workflow so MTA can review the right information faster.

Estimates & calculators

Use tools such as income-tax estimates and estimated-tax calculators, while keeping the results connected to the broader tax workflow.

Self-Service Fast Filing

A new client can create an account, complete intake, upload documents, get an immediate estimate, and enter a priority preparer-review queue without waiting for staff to create the account first.

1

Create your account

New clients can self-register. MTA can also create or invite accounts when the relationship starts offline.

2

Accept terms & upload

Accept the applicable engagement terms, complete guided intake, and upload the required tax documents.

3

Get an estimate

TaxFlow can provide an immediate tax estimate from the information available, clearly labeled as an estimate rather than a final return.

4

Professional review

Complete submissions enter a priority preparer-review queue with a target professional review within 1 business day, as long as every required item on the TaxFlow checklist has been submitted. Fast Filing is available for every return type TaxFlow supports.

Fast Filing is fast self-service intake plus professional review — not fully autonomous tax filing. The 1-business-day review target begins only after every required checklist item has been submitted. Final filing still depends on preparer review, required signatures, payment state, and filing-readiness controls.
Fast Filing access is provided through MTA when the online entry point is not yet available. Existing clients can contact MTA for secure portal access.
